The National Insurance Crime Bureau or NICB is responsible of collecting and gathering data regarding auto or vehicle theft situations. The said bureau published annual rankings that are composed of the list of areas, model or type of vehicles mostly stolen and the corresponding theft rates. NICB’s one major concern as an Insurance Crime Bureau is to deal with auto theft problems. According to National Insurance Bureau, there is an increasing rate of vehicle theft incidents that occurs every year.
